Chumphon City, the provincial capital, serves as a gateway to Thailand's southern provinces as well as the Gulf of Thailand Islands, particularly Koh Tao. Wonderful island with untouched nature and abundant marine life. It is simple to travel around this small island by motorcycle; activities include snorkelling, hiking the hill around the island, and stopping at various beaches for swimming and sunbathing. It is an incredible and unforgettable experience. You don't always have to swim far to see the fish; sometimes they're right by the shore when you put your feet in the water.

Mu Ko Chumphon National Park encompasses more than 40 islands and spans a large portion of the Chumphon coastline. If you enjoy snorkelling or diving, spend some time exploring the waters near Ko Langka Jiew, Ko Ngam Yai, Ko Ngam Noi, Ko Ran Ped, and Ko Ran Kai.

Pak Nam Chumphon Beach is a small stretch of beach located just before the estuary.
It has a promenade on both sides of the road with grass areas. From the beach, you can see Ko Muttaphon. At certain times of the year, it is possible to walk to this island during low tide. 

The National Museum, located about a kilometre from Chumphon railway station on the road to the airport and Thung Wualean Beach, provides an interesting insight into Chumphon province's history and is a good place to visit on a rainy day.

The lake appears to be well stocked with fish. The footbridge connects you to an island across the lake. The island is densely forested, providing welcome shade from the sun, and a small concreted path circles it. Please feed the deer. It is possible to walk all the way around the lake on a well-made path, or to use the cycle path that runs alongside it.
